How is the list determined?
To make it onto the EG Power Properties list, office properties and spaces must first earn an HqO Best Spaces to Work certification by May 17. The EG editorial team will then utilize HqO’s Real Estate Experience (REX) Platform proven methodology, coupled with insights on sustainability, connectivity, and key commercial comparables, to determine the list.
How does a space get Best Spaces to Work certified?
To secure this designation, participating organisations need only to launch the REX Assessment. This survey takes no more than 10 minutes for the end-users of a particular space to complete and focuses on the importance of three categories of office experience: cultural aspects, activities, and physical and service features.
Once a space completes the REX Assessment, its REX Score will be generated, the quality measure of end-user experience within a space. If that score beats the HqO REX Index benchmark, it will earn the Best Spaces to Work certification, in turn making the space automatically eligible to be considered for EG’s Power Properties list.
